For a better understanding of these Terms, the following definitions are established:

• User: An individual who downloads, accesses, and uses the Application.
• User Content: Photographs, descriptions, and any information uploaded to the Application.
• Services: Application features including garment uploads, outfit creation, weather-based recommendations, ad display, and premium subscription.
• Free Plan: Basic access with ads.
• Subscription Plan: Premium access through payment, with additional benefits.

3. Use of the Application

The User agrees to use the Application lawfully and in accordance with applicable regulations.

• The User is responsible for the Content they upload and guarantees it does not infringe on third-party rights.
• The Company may suspend or cancel accounts that misuse the Application.
• The User agrees not to use the Application for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

The elements that make up the Application are protected by intellectual property rights.

• The software, design, logos, trademarks, and graphic elements are the exclusive property of Robles Code.
• The User retains rights over their Content but grants the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, limited license to host and display such content within the App.

5. Advertising and Subscriptions

The Application offers a free plan with ads and subscription plans with additional benefits.

• The Free Plan includes ads managed by Google AdMob.
• Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play, subject to their terms.
• Subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company does not guarantee that the Application will function without interruption or errors.

• The Application is provided 'as is' without guarantees of availability or freedom from errors.
• Robles Code shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of the Application.
• Weather or style recommendations are for guidance only and should not be considered accurate.

7. Modifications

Robles Code may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication within the Application.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Robles Code's country of origin. Any disputes will be resolved by its competent courts.

9. Eligibility and Registration

To use the Application, the User must meet certain age and registration requirements.

• The User must be at least 16 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• The User must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.

10. Subscription and Payment Terms

Subscriptions are managed through official app stores and are subject to their payment policies.

• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled beforehand.
• Charges may include taxes or additional fees.
• Cancellation must be done through the App Store or Google Play and will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

11. Usage Restrictions

The User agrees to respect the usage limits of the Application.

• Do not use the Application for unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or abusive purposes.
• Do not decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the software.
• Do not exploit the Application for commercial purposes without authorization from Robles Code.

12. Account Termination

Both the Company and the User may terminate the relationship at any time.

• The Company may suspend or cancel the User's access if these Terms are violated.
• The User may request account deletion at any time by writing to support@roblescode.com.

13. Third-Party Links

The Application may contain links to third-party websites or services. Robles Code is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.
